This policy explains what Aegis AI LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use a website or product we operate, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Where a specific product we operate publishes its own privacy notice, that notice governs use of the product.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign up for one of our products, we collect the details you give us — typically an email address and any profile fields you choose to fill in.
- Content you submit. Prompts, text, images, or other material you send to a product, and the results generated from it.
- Payment information. Where a product of ours takes payment, card numbers and billing details are handled by the payment processor at checkout, not by our servers. We keep only the transaction reference and billing summary needed for receipts, refunds, and dispute handling.
- Usage and device data. Log entries such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, which are collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure, and support the products you use.
- To process payments and issue refunds.
- To understand aggregate demand and fix defects.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, your consent where we ask for it, and legal compliance.
4. Sharing with processors
We disclose data only to service providers who process it on our instructions: our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare), and the AI model providers whose APIs our products call. Where a product uses a payment processor or an analytics service, that product names them on its own site or at checkout.
Content you submit to a product may be transmitted to a third-party AI model provider in order to generate a result. Do not submit material you would not want processed by that provider.
5. International transfers
We are a United States company and our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
6. Cookies
This website sets no advertising trackers and loads no third-party analytics scripts. Products we operate may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. Where a product adds analytics or advertising tags, that product's own notice says so and collects consent where your local law requires it.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards for tax and dispute records. Generated content is retained only as long as needed to provide the service or as our providers' defaults require.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, a export, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent. Email contact@aegisaiinfo.com and we will act within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and our products are not directed at them.
9. Security
We use transport encryption, access controls, and managed infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the address above.
10. Changes
Material changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of a product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
