Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites and products operated by Aegis AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using a product you accept them. Individual products may add supplementary terms; where they conflict, the product-specific terms control for that product.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You confirm you are not barred from using our services under applicable sanctions law.
2. The service
We provide software tools that rely on third-party AI models. Features may change, and we may add, alter, or discontinue a product. We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Outputs are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use a product to: break the law or infringe third-party rights; generate unlawful content, including material exploiting or harming people; harass, defraud, or impersonate; reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or overload our systems; resell access without our written permission; or evict circumvent usage limits or billing.
4. Your content and licences
You keep the rights you hold in material you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it and deliver the result to you. We do not claim ownership of your input. Whether a given product uses submitted content to improve or train models is stated in that product's own terms; this website itself collects no user content.
5. Accounts, fees, and billing
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future cycles with notice. Charges are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or where law requires.
6. Suspension and termination
You may close an account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or abuses the service. Where we terminate for convenience we refund prepaid, unused periods.
7. Intellectual property
Our software, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names, models, and marks remain the property of their owners and are referenced descriptively only. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our or a third party's brand.
8. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under your local law. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where your local mandatory consumer rules give you another forum.
11. Changes and contact
